HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 5065e says paper drawer is open.  I followed the steps for the fix - unplug from printer, unplug from wall outlet, wait >60 seconds then plug into the wall,  then plug into the printer.  Still has error that paper drawer is open.  Help? Thank you.
