HP Recommended

Our HP Envy Photo 6200 All-in-one series keeps coming up with an error message when we try to print A4 paper documents saying the photo tray is blocked. It will at times print normally but more often that not we get the error message. We have tried everything to resolve the issue and wonder if anyone can shed some light?
