HP Recommended

Printer constantly indicates that there is a paper jam and nothing is found. I also keep receiving an error 0x6100004a. It tells me to turn off the printer and then turn it back on but still it doesn't work.

The instructions tell me to, with the printer on, unplug the power.  I do so, when restarted I receive a message not to disconnect the power source with the unit still "on".  I keep receiving he message there is a paper jam, that is not correct, there is no paper in the printer.  There is none stuck in the feeding system.  I did earlier today replace all 4 ink cartridges.  Now the carriage is stuck to the right side and cannot be moved.
