Product: HP Envy 4500
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

My printer all of a sudden  stopped printing. I tried to disconnect the power source for 60 seconds and nothing will print. What can I do? Nothing is printing for me.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Does Not Turn On: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
