Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

On 2 occasions, my printer has spit out about 30 sheets of blank paper.  I was not printing anything at either time.  Inbetween these 2 times, about a month apart, the printer apparently went offline and the only way to get it back was to uninstall and reinstall the printer.  My main concern is I have a setup with HP on the number of pages I rpint a month (50) and this is causing a problem with my contract.  

 

Any suggestion as to cuase would be greatly approciated.
