Hi @Ousier,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Officejet Pro 9015e is consistently ejecting a blank sheet of paper along with your print job, there are several potential causes for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

Check Print Settings:

  • Ensure that you have selected the correct paper size and type in your printer settings that match the paper loaded in the tray.

Verify Document Content:

  • Confirm that the document you are trying to print actually contains content. Open the document on your computer and verify that there is text or images to be printed.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Visit the HP website to download and install the most recent drivers for your specific printer model.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can resolve various issues. You can find firmware updates on the HP support website.

Inspect Paper Tray:

  • Ensure that the paper is loaded correctly in the paper tray. Adjust the paper guides to fit the size of the paper you are using. Make sure the paper is not stuck or jammed in the tray.

Clean Paper Feed Rollers:

  • Dirty or worn-out paper feed rollers can cause feeding issues. Clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth and a small amount of water or isopropyl alcohol. Refer to your printer's manual for guidance on accessing and cleaning the rollers.

Reset Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.

Check Print Queue:

  • Ensure that there are no pending print jobs or stuck print jobs in the print queue. Clear the print queue and try printing again.

Print a Test Page:

  • Use the printer's built-in self-test feature to print a test page. This will help you determine if the issue is with the printer itself or with the communication between the computer and the printer.

By going through these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue causing the blank sheets to be ejected along with your print jobs.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
