HP LaserJet Pro 200 color Printer M251nw

Walked into the office with a paper jam error, to open the back panel and clear. No jam error when I left the day before.  However, with extensive looking, opening every possible spot to open, I did find two very tiny--and I mean TINY pieces of paper in the printer, but neither was impeding the path AT ALL.  I did remove-with tweezers, nearly impossible to get to.  No luck.  I have tried the whole 'resetting' thing where you unplug the power from the back and then the wall, then hold down the power button to remove 'excess charge' then plugging back in etc.  No luck.  I can't see anything at all in the printer, even had it upside down to look that way, used flashlight, I am convinced there is nothing there, but if there is--it is completely inaccessible.  And I can't clear the error at all.  Diagnostic tool on the PC is worthless, gets to the 'device diagnostic' and it just tells me to 'clear the jam'.  [Insert eyroll here....]  Virtual assistant on HP support won't work, won't respond.  Facebook message is also responded to with a virtual assistant, and a live person never came on even after 'a few minutes'.  (like a LOT of minutes)

Finally got a support person who gave me other instructions, reset the printer to default, uninstall the HP app on my PC, etc etc etc, still did not work.  Any ideas at all?
