HP Recommended

Laser Jet Pro 400 Color MFP-M475dw  When printing the document (paper) does not come all the way out into the output area.  The back of document / paper is still stuck in the roller.  After pulling paper out, the rest of the way the control screen says "remove Jam from back"  but there is no jam to fix.  Can not print anymore at this point .  Have to power off and back on and then same thing repeats.

Hope you are well, unfortunately that seems to be a roller issue, its recommended to use one of our authorized service centers for repair by clicking here
