Product: Laser jet pro mpf m28w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

After a few days in which everythings was OK, suddenly the printer tell me there is no paper in the try. I tried to unplug the printer for 30/60 seconds, I tried also to check the setting to the right size of paper (a4) but it doesn't work.

Can you copy a document from glass?

I get the message in the computer, can copy documents from the glass and scan them

if you can copy that means your printer is working fine, the problem is on your computer.

restart print spooler if you have a win 10, if that is not helpful reinstall printer driver.

NEVER HAD A PRINTER BEFORE. NOT SURE HOW TO LOAD PAPER IN MY HP ENVY 6000. PLEASE HELP.
