Printer keeps saying there’s a paper jam but there isn’t. What to do

Me, too.  Please, someone help us. Seems like a silly reason to trash a printer. I've gone through although the recommended HP fixes per virtual assistant guiding me to suggestions. And, oddly, a test page printed but WORD docs won't.

Same Issue here!  I've done everything suggested and see no paper jamb.  I do not see a way to open the back of the printer(?)  I do not believe there is a jamb.  I agree, have to buy a new printer because of paper jamb issue?!?1  I love this printer.

Printer is new, only used it about six times. What a waste.
