Hello, I have an m402 dne printer. I get a paper jam every time I want to print through the second tray in two-sided mode. If I do it with simple face the problem doesn't happen. The paper jams after printing the first side, when it enters the printer again. I can remove the jammed paper by removing tray 2 (the one at the bottom) and then pressing the green lever. I already checked and cleaned all the compartments and even though there is no jammed paper, it jams when I try to print double-sided. any solution?

There were issues with this series caused by a bad fuser. If there is no other apparent problem the solution would be to try a different fuser unit.
