HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Printer

Hi there.  My printer was working fine then I had a good number of pages to print.  The paper got jammed a few times and then when I print now the print is crooked on the page and the edges of the paper are crumpled.  Not sure what to do. I’m not great with tech stuff.  Any simple solutions I would be most grateful. Thank you.

Hi @LindaBz

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Since there were paper jams and paper getting crippled, this printer might need service.

However, if you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then I recommend you contact phone support.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thank you for taking the time to reply.  After spending a very long time trying to sort the problem it turned out I hadn’t replaced  correctly the part you remove after paper jammed.  Once this was in place the printer working fine again.  I’m just not great when it comes t9 dismantling and putting back together again. 😂. Anyway, cheers, I appreciate your input.
