Product: HP OfficeJet 3835 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I wonder if anyone can help. I've had my printer a little over 1 year. It's suddenly started making a loud grinding noise and the paper feeder is not picking up the paper. I've followed all the issue resolve information but it's still not working. Does anyone have any suggestions or is it time to buy a new one?
