Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

Hp Envy 6032 Mangling paper. I am running Mac OS13.6.7

the paper comes out crumpled and sometimes torn with some print on it, in the wrong place. Sometimes the paper does not come out at all and I have to clear the paper jam from inside.
