Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 All-in-One Printer

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3835 not feeding paper? I have done the hard reset as "google" instructed, i have checked for obstructions etc and the issue is still not resolved? If I knew where to open the entire printer to see if the problem is with the rollers itself, i would, because so far none of the feedback i have read resolved my issue.. Please can anyone assist.
