Hi @Lisa1226

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I can certainly help you troubleshoot the issue with your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w printer not feeding paper. Here are Few steps you can try:

Check Paper Loading:

  • Make sure that the paper is loaded correctly in the input tray.
  • Ensure that the paper guides are adjusted snugly against the paper.

Use Correct Paper Type:

  • Verify that you are using the correct type and size of paper as specified in the printer's manual.

Examine for Jammed Paper:

  • Check for any jammed paper inside the printer. Open all the access doors and inspect for any paper fragments.

Clean Rollers:

  • Paper feed rollers can accumulate dust and debris over time. Gently clean them with a lint-free cloth and a small amount of water.

Reset Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, and then plug it back in. Power it on and see if the issue persists.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer on the HP support website. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve hardware-related issues.

Check for Obstructions:

  • Ensure there are no foreign objects (paper clips, pens, etc.) inside the printer that could be obstructing the paper path.

Adjust Paper Settings:

  • Ensure that the paper settings on the printer match the settings in the print driver. Mismatched settings can cause feed issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
