Printer not printing the bottom of the page

Hello,

My printer is not printing a big part of my design. First of it starts printing too late on the top, which cuts of some of the design. Because of this there is a big white area on the bottom. The complete print is A4 and I also selected this in my software. I've tried printing using different software (Illustrator, Macos preview and Acrobat). The print preview shows that the design covers the entire page.

What paper are you printing on ?

If you are using too heavy paper that printer can't handle you get result just like yours.
