Hi @CN79B5G2QD,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

The possible causes for Paper No Pick issue could be ...

  • Dirt on paper pick rollers
  • Paper pick rollers not rotating.
  • debris in the paper path area that is possibly causing paper feed issue.

Try the below steps ..

  1. Remove all the papers from the input tray. Remember the input tray is attached behind the printer.
  2. Now try making a blank COPY by pressing the COPY BLACK button on the front panel. While doing this, check if the Paper feed down below the paper tray ( grey in color ) are rotating.
  3. If they are not rotating, then use a cloth, wrap it on your wrist and try cleaning both the grey color rubber pads on the roller by moving in Anti Colock wise direction ( up to down ).
  4. Once done, place atleast 5 sheets of paper in the tray, Place a picture/ document to make COPY (  black ).

Also, refer to this document and follow the instructions and see how it goes.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
