Product: ENVY PHOTO 7380
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I  BOUGHT A BRAND NEW  ACER ASPIRE  5  LAPTOP  AND  A HP ENVY  PHOTO 7830   PRINTER  FROM THE SAME STORE  YESTERDAY.   PRINTER AND LAPTOP  BOTH CONNECTED  TO SAME WI -FI.   PRINTER TRAY  HAS  BRAND NEW PAPER.  CONTINUALLY GETTING "OUT OF PAPER "  ERROR  MESSAGE .  NIGHTMARE .  USUAL  FIXES - UNPLUG FROM POWER - CLEAN ROLLERS ( ITS BRAND NEW )  NOT WORKING. COMMUNITY PLEASE WORK YOUR MAGIC OR THIS IS GOING BACK  IN THS BOX .
