Product: HP DeskJet 4152e All-in-One Printer

Out of 8 pages 2 pages printed fine then it wouldn't pull the paper through while trying to continue printing - it tried, but wouldn't pull in down anymore. Tried everything outlined in instructions for my printer on online video for my type of printer, showing how to clear paper jams and it didn't work, the only thing I couldn't do as suggested was clean the paper feeds because I didn't have long enough q-tips.  Any suggestions?
