Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 All-in-One Printer

I keep getting error message 0x6100004a - printer jam (WiFi connected & shows that printer is trying to print from my computer). I followed some of the HP videos regarding paper jamb and i have checked in every location and there is no paper in areas. Also i tried a reset the printer and that did not work. Just before this happened I printed a 2-sided doc and it worked fine - then tried to print 1-page and it said there is a paper jam.
