Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a new printer that have a plastic cover with a blue handle to lift for the paper to feed thru. How t

o it stay set so paper stop getting stuck. Instructions don't mention this critical part at all. When I close the printer top it pushes this piece back in lock position.
