Product: HP ENVY Photo 6234 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

I'm trying to print onto 220gsm A4 photo paper.  Whenever I try to print it is as if the paper is picked up too late as the top of the image is always missing.  This is quite a recent problem as I have printed onto the same type of paper before and it has been fine.  Can anyone help as I am going through so many sheets of photo paper!!

Put a sheet of plain paper under photo paper to see will that make any difference.
