This piece fell out of the printer into the paper tray after clearing a paper jam in our HP 9015, not sure where it goes but knows that double sided documents jam now that this piece is missing. Just want to put it back into place but can not find a diagram showing how it installs, springs at either end.

That is a redirect fin that is designed to guide media when you are duplexing. It likely belongs near the exit rollers. If you watch closely when trying to duplex and see where it jams, that will be the probable location that it needs to mount to.
