HP LaserJet Managed MFP E72525-E72535dn - Base Product 25-35 ppm

Our HP printer prints one job multiple times without stopping, we have restarted, but issue persists. It will print one page 20 times.  This was already followed by the technician:

Official HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows | Free Download hppsdr.exe

You try to print again and if the issue persists then uninstall the printer drivers from the root level and then reinstall them.

The following steps will help:

In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.

Select your HP printer.

Select Uninstall.

In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.

In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”

Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.

Type printui.exe /s and click OK.

Click on Drivers tab.

Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.

Select OK.

Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties window.

Close Devices and Printers.

The problem persists.

What  driver are you using?

Follow these instructions to clear the print spooler https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-clear-printer-queue-in-windows-10/7e5ac...

Then try to print a different document. If you get the same error, then clear the spooler again and then download and install the HP UPD printer driver.
