HP DESKJET 2634 All IN ONE PRINTER

My printer pulls pages down to one side when I try to print - so pages either get crumpled up and jam the printer or else everything on the page is printed at an angle. More often than not it will cause a jam. I've checked the roller and there is nothing foreign there, I've also cleaned the roller with a damp cotton swab as per instructions and the problem remains. I want to send the printer to be repaired or serviced but I can't seem to find any advice on how to do that.

Likely a small bit of something stuck. Use  a piece of mylar to floss the entire width of the paper path, pushing the mylar through in the same direction as paper normally travels.
