Printer roller not working, paper jam, need serviceman at doorstep. How to book printer service man who can come to my premises to repair?

There is no booking a repair man.  Under warranty, this would be a "Return to HP for repair" printer.  Look through paper tray with a flash light.   Is pickup roller turning?  If so, clean the roller.  HP M1136 Paper pickup Problem Solve - Bing video.  If pick up roller is not turning, you will have to find a local repair option.  Repair may exceed replacement costs.  Cleaning the roller usually fixes problem  Good luck.
