HP Recommended
Product: OfficeJet Pro 8025e

I went through all the recommended tasks to remove paper jam. There is no paper jammed in the printer. The carriage will not move to the left when I open. Not sure if this is the overall issue but I cannot even manually move it left as it is stuck. This printer is only a couple of months old and shouldn't be having these issues.
