Microsoft Windows 11

My printer was fine until it ran out of paper. My son reloaded it incorrectly, so that the entire stack of paper came out underneath the printer instead of feeding through it, which caused an obvious load paper error. I cleared all of the paper out, checked for other jams, and reloaded the paper, but still got the same error to load paper. So I reset the printer, and checked for updates, but no change. It sounds as if the rollers aren't catching the paper, if that makes sense. Any suggestions?

We found the problem... it turns out there was a lego blocking the rollers. 🤨 Not a likely problem many others will have... but if you have little kids, check for legos! 🤦‍♀️
