Printer says paper jam but cannot see any jam and instead ink catrodge is stuck on right side

Hp 6978 printer. Checked all areas for jam. Cartridges do t move into centre of printer when I open the lid. I cannot see a way to move the cartidges to the centre and nothing appears to be blocking it.

I understand that you are getting carriage jam errors on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

And if the issue still persists, you might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
