Product: Officejet 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Officejet 8720 scratches glossy phot paper from the paper guide. Was always doing it. Any suggestions other than buying another brand of printer.

Here is the document Loading Paper, Envelopes that shows you how to load the media into the printer.

 

If you still have issues, ensure you're using the paper type and size that is supported by the printer.
