Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you able to make copies using the printers?
  • What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 
  • What is the envelope size you are printing?

Refer to the printer specifications to know the supported paper size and type.

Try updating the printer firmware. For more information, go to Updating or Upgrading the Printer Firmware.
