Hello

Dear sir/mam,

In my printer, when the papers are already installed, it is unable to pull them inside it sometimes. Creates a big issue for me. Also the paper gets stuck in it and need to pull it hardly manually. There's a big problem when I'm printing a document with multiple pages. 

Kinldy help me asap.
