HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw

I've had this HP Laserjet Pro M255DW for less than a year now and over the last few months it would "jam" more and more while trying to feed paper into itself. For a while all I had to do was give it a bit of encouragement by pressing the OK button the first time the jam message popped up and it would take the paper on the second attempt, but now it isn't able to do it at all unless it's regular thin printer paper. All other paper I mostly print on - label and sticker paper - fails to be fed into the printer. It'll go in halfway and then stop.

I've also noticed that small specs of black toner/residue is left where I assume the pickup roller tried to grab the paper, at the top center.

Naturally I thought that this was an issue with the pickup rollers, but I went in and cleaned them with a soapy paper towel and the issue remains.
