Product: HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer

Hi, my printer will not feed paper at all. Even with just one sheet. The only way to get paper through is to tap it when the printer starts up to nudge it into position. Any ideas how to fix this? I have cleaned the rollers. Thanks.
