Product: HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Photosmart 7250 does not feed paper from the paper tray into the print rollers.  When I attempt to print, I can see a gray arm with rollers drop down from the main print mechanism, but the rollers don't rotate to push the paper up into the printer.  I can push a sheet of paper up into the printer where it catches the next level rollers and prints, but the automatic mechanism that is supposed to grab the paper from the tray is not operating.  Before I start tearing this thing apart to figure it out, does anyone know of a specific fix for this problem?
