Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This is my 3rd and last HP printer. I threw the last two out over the Paraphrase  issue. Now this one thinks it has a paper jam if you load it with photo paper. Glossy photo paper. OS is win 11. Makes no difference, if it's photo paper, it thinks it's jammed. If there are no resolutions for this problem I will offer the same as last time. You pay postage and the printer is  all yours. Time to by a Cannon.  Why when I have a huge presentation does this happen? SMH
