Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I had a paper jam which I have now cleared but the printer does not recognise that the problem is resolved. I tried shutting down to reset it it but then it got stuck on the shutdown screen. I then unplugged it it, gave it an hour and then reconnected the power. It still says there is a paper jam and informed me that the printer hadn’t shut down properly.

please help
