Product: Officejet pro 6968
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

It's printing everything else but this specific document, it stops the paper inside causing that error to pop up but only with this specific one

If it is only one specific document that causes the issue then likely the document is either corrupt on has an embedded print command that causes the issue. If all other documents are printing then it is highly unlikely that this is a hardware issue.
