Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to print some invitations on a 5x7 110 lb cardstock which is stated to be compatible with this printer, but when I try to do so, the printer doesn't seem to pull the paper in correctly and the top inch or so gets cut off. Another issue is the printer will pull in the cardstock and start printing but the paper does not move at all. This printer is basically new, bought it in 2021 and didn't use it much, so when I started this project I made sure to get new HP ink. I am at a loss on how to fix this!
