Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8024 All-in-One Printer

Hello 

got h.p 8024 printer the paper got jam  so i remove the paper  now the printer tray will not go back hitting  white taps at back of printer can any one help please .

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this video link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Refer to this document for more information.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
