I'm sorry you're having trouble with your printer. Here are some steps you can follow to clear a paper jam:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Remove any loose paper from the input tray and output tray.
- Open the access doors (such as the ink cartridge access area) and gently pull out any jammed paper. Be careful not to tear the paper.
- Check the paper path and rollers for any remaining bits of paper or debris. Clean the rollers with a damp, lint-free cloth.
- Reconnect the power and turn the printer back on. Try printing a test page.
