I am about ready to pull my hair out here.

Printing job is acting like the paper is being fed too fast. Only half my job is being printed. On normal cheap, thin copy paper it works like a charm. 24 pd or 80 pd paper only prints the last half of the print page but it's at the top of the page (If that makes any sense).

I have uninstalled four times. Rebooted four times. Unplugged printer from wall/power bar and device four separate times as well.  Changed the fit to page/DPI/Scale size. Asked virtual agent about 30 times but it doesn't understand what I am saying.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

TYIA

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Make sure the paper you're printer on is compatible with the Printer: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-4520-all-in-one-printer-series/5447920/model/7685384/do... (go to paper-handling)

Update the firmware as well: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
