My colleagues are having issues when printing out labels for the M604 and M605 printers.
Randomly throughout the day (printing up to 6,000 labels a day) maximum batch printing per job is about 300 qty, with some rest in between with other batches.. The Labels will get stuck onto the toner drum which then destroy's the drum thus having to buy new toner because it comes as an assembly.

I was wondering if anyone has some troubleshooting guides for this. I have gone through the printer quality settings and made sure that they are set to Labels, but it ends up smearing the ink so we just stuck with Extra Heavy.

There are more settings that can be adjusted. There is a humidity setting. The extra heavy setting is likely softening the glue too much or it may not be slowing down the printer enough. Could be cheap labels as well, try a different brand.
