Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I want to print my photos using glossy photo paper, 8.5 x 11 (21.6 cm x 27.9 cm).  But when I load the photo paper the paper pick rollers will not pull the paper into the printer.  I get the paper jam error.  Seems that the glossy paper is too smooth to pull the paper in. I cleaned all the rollers on the printer.  Does anyone have a resolution for this.  I just bought a pack of photo paper and can't the the printer to accept the paper.  Please help.
