Operating System: Other
- Android 11
- OfficeJet 6310
- Printer on Ethernet connected to WiFi router
- HP Print plugin sees printer
- Paper feeds successfully
- false paper jam message ensues
- Jam is cleared by pressing OK on printer console.
- Restarting job repeats same behavior

Discovered that problem: there was wrong default in printer setup for photos.. need to go to "More Options" and uncheck "Borderless"..

Hi,
Try printing a Self Test report from the printer front panel, may the report successfully prints or any similar behavior occur?
