HP Envy 6020

When I print on normal paper I get the full page but when I print on sticker paper it only prints the bottom half of the page at the top

Hi @Emrj7

 I'd like to help!

The printer does not support sticker paper, refer to the printer specifications to know the supported ones

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Your results suggest two possible things:

1. The paper is slipping at first and not feeding at the right time

2. The paper size settings in your program and your printer settings do not match.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by giving kudos and marking my post as an accepted solution.
