Printing issue

I'm trying to print but the printer stops a few pages into printing and has a black line across the page.

@AmandaKyg, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
  • Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
  • Which device are you using to print?

Try making a standalone copy and check if the line persists. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.
