Any suggestions as to why this is happening and how to fix it.  When printing a page the page prints normally until about 2 inches from the bottom of the page....then the print size shrinks.

Provide more details, type of printer, a sample if possible. Does this happen with every print or just some types of documents?

It's an HP laserjet MFP m 130 nw.  Happens on every page as long as the print fills the page.  If the print only fills the upper half of the page or a little more it's fine.  The problem occurs at about 1 1/2 or 2 inches from the bottom of the page.
