Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to print a book using 110lb cover paper 8.5x11" 300gsm from Mohawk Paper. I am using an 8715 (model J6X80A). Anytime I attempt to use the paper it jams. The product documentation states "product type" card can be used for up to 110lb weight. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this to work? My husband has cleaned all the rollers, but that didn't work.
